1. Aceptación1. Acceptance
Al descargar o usar las apps EPICENTERDSP Lite o EPICENTERDSP Pro para Android e iOS (la "App"), aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.By downloading or using the EPICENTERDSP Lite or EPICENTERDSP Pro apps for Android and iOS (the "App"), you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Lite y Pro2. Lite and Pro
EPICENTERDSP se ofrece en dos apps independientes: Lite (gratuita, con biblioteca de hasta 30 canciones, importación manual y presets) y Pro (de paga, con biblioteca sin límite, ecualizador manual de 31 bandas, Auto-EQ, Auto-Epicenter y funciones avanzadas). Las funciones pueden cambiar con las actualizaciones.EPICENTERDSP is offered as two independent apps: Lite (free, with a library of up to 30 songs, manual import and presets) and Pro (paid, with an unlimited library, a 31-band manual equalizer, Auto-EQ, Auto-Epicenter and advanced features). Features may change with updates.
3. Licencia3. License
Te otorgamos una licencia limitada, personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la App en dispositivos que controles, conforme a estos Términos y a las reglas de la tienda correspondiente. No puedes copiar, modificar, distribuir ni realizar ingeniería inversa de la App salvo donde la ley lo permita.We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on devices you control, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the applicable store. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the App except where permitted by law.
4. Compras por plataforma4. Per-platform purchases
La compra de Pro se procesa por Google Play (Android, $175 MXN) o App Store (iOS, $199 MXN), no directamente por nosotros. Precios, impuestos, facturación y reembolsos se rigen por las condiciones de cada tienda. Cada versión y plataforma es una compra separada.The Pro purchase is processed by Google Play (Android, $175 MXN) or the App Store (iOS, $199 MXN), not directly by us. Prices, taxes, billing and refunds are governed by each store's terms. Each version and platform is a separate purchase.
5. Tu música5. Your music
La App reproduce y procesa música almacenada en tu dispositivo. Eres responsable de tener el derecho de reproducir ese contenido. La App no otorga derechos sobre música de terceros y no sube tus archivos a internet.The App plays and processes music stored on your device. You are responsible for having the right to play that content. The App grants no rights over third-party music and does not upload your files to the internet.
6. Resultados y equipo6. Results and gear
La App aplica procesamiento de audio. No prometemos resultados idénticos en todos los equipos. El resultado depende de la canción, la mezcla, la calidad del archivo y de tus audífonos, bocina o sistema de audio. Equipos sin capacidad física de graves profundos mostrarán un efecto menor.The App applies audio processing. We do not promise identical results across all gear. The result depends on the song, the mix, the file quality and your headphones, speaker or audio system. Gear without physical deep-bass capability will show a smaller effect.
7. Uso responsable del volumen7. Responsible volume
El refuerzo de graves puede aumentar el nivel de salida. Escuchar a volumen alto por periodos prolongados puede dañar tu audición y tu equipo. Usa niveles moderados y reduce la intensidad si escuchas distorsión.Bass reinforcement can increase output level. Listening at high volume for long periods can damage your hearing and your equipment. Use moderate levels and reduce intensity if you hear distortion.
8. Sin garantías8. No warranties
La App se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que sea ininterrumpida, libre de errores o compatible con todo dispositivo, archivo o accesorio.The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, file or accessory.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad9. Limitation of liability
En la medida permitida por la ley, EPICENTERDSP no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o imposibilidad de uso de la App. Nuestra responsabilidad total no excederá el monto que pagaste por la App.To the extent permitted by law, EPICENTERDSP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
10. Cambios10. Changes
Podemos actualizar la App y estos Términos. La versión vigente se publica en esta página. El uso continuado implica aceptación.We may update the App and these Terms. The current version is posted on this page. Continued use means acceptance.
11. Ley aplicable11. Governing law
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos (México), sin perjuicio de las protecciones de consumidor que la ley aplicable te otorgue.These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States (Mexico), without prejudice to any consumer protections that applicable law grants you.
